I was in the market for a car for my daughter a few weeks ago, when a friend recommended this dealership, which is a good distance away from where I live and work but which was well worth the trip. Mike and Harry were very easy to deal with, the paperwork and process were quick and easy, and Mike was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I got a good car for a fair price and when the car encountered what turned out to be a minor issue, Mike made sure it was addressed at my convenience, which I find unusual these days even for a new car dealership, much less a used one. Could not have been happier with the experience. 5 stars. Sam

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Harry and Mike!! Who sold me an incredible car for an unbeatable price!! Both of which made the car buying process so enjoyable it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced!! Harry’s such a kind man who only wants to help people get a great car for an unbelievable price!! While Mike goes above and beyond to help with any questions concerns or just overall understanding in general. I truly am forever grateful for meeting both of them they are without a doubt the kindest most honorable car salesmen you could ever encounter. Rt 28 motors is the greatest car shop to buy a car from on the WHOLE Northshore!! If you need proof go down and take a look for yourself they sell beautiful cars for incredible prices!! And throughout the whole process it felt like buying a car from a family friend. I can’t say enough about these guys!!! They exceeded every expectation I could have ever had! Route 28 Motors & specifically Mike is the most transparent and honest used car salesmen that I've ever met, hands down. Do not hestitate to come here. They do their due dilligence with the vehicles they sell and they don't hide anything from you. Their prices are more than fair and they work to make you happy by providing good and easy service. Every other car dealer should follow in their steps and take notes from Mike.

Didn't end up buying a vehicle from RT28 but both Jimmy, and Mike D were friendly, patient and not pushy for a purchase. Would absolutely recommend going to them to buy a vehicle.

I want to first start off by thanking Ashley for telling me about the Nissan Pathfinder and referring me to Rt 28 Motors. Michael and all the other team members were great and helped when needed.
