Best experience ever from start to finish! My initial contact with Mike was friendly and extremely helpful. The Jeep I initially wanted had sold so Mike put me in touch with Harry, who found me another similar one within 3 days. Apprehensive of the purchasing process, Harry made me feel safe, respected and cared for. He listened to what I could afford, did not try to sell me anything that was not needed and even found me cheaper car insurance. The entire staff was extremely friendly and respectful at all times. By the time I was done, I felt like family because that is how they treat you! As a result of this experience, I will now transfer all my service work to them. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you, my new friends Mike and Harry for making what has always been a horrible experience AMAZING!!!

Very friendly and down to earth people, aiming to keep their used car dealership fair and straightfoward. Mike was friendly and awesome. The process was smooth, and I could take the test drive and inspect the car well on my own, and then we went down all my sanity checks point by point afterwards. I am very satisfied with the car and process. Honestly feels like they are very dedicated to their values as people at core, and go above and beyond the norm to make sure it's smoother for what can be a difficult or stressful process. Thanks again!

I was recently in an accident that totaled my vehicle, and I cannot thank Jimmy and the team enough for the incredible support they provided. Jimmy went above and beyond- not only helping me find the perfect replacement car, but also guiding me through the process of filing my insurance claim. His compassion and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and manageable experience. He secured a finance option that was truly remarkable, making it possible for me to get into a vehicle I love without stretching my budget. What impressed me most was the personal touch- Jimmy even picked me up at my rental car drop-off so I wouldn't have to worry about how to get to the dealership. From start to finish, I felt valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Jimmy, to anyone looking for not just a car, but an experience where the customer truly comes first.

I recently bought a truck from this dealer through Mike. He was more than accomodating to me seeing as I am from out of state and had a deadline of when I needed the truck. 100% satisfied with my experience from this dealership and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean vehicle in New England.
